Design and Analysis Ltd provides specialist engineering design and structural analysis services.
Located in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands, we operate throughout the UK, providing a service for manufacturers and industrial clients needing specialist engineering services.
We work for major blue chip companies right down to small consultancies and industry suppliers. Some notable end clients include Bombardier Transportation, BAE Systems and Jaguar Land Rover.
With over 15 years of experience in design and analysis projects, the skills at Design and Analysis have been applied across many industry sectors including; rail, automotive, military, power generation, medical, civil and consumer product companies.
The company has been trading since March 2003 and has gone from strength to strength since its initial inception. Over the 8 years that the Design and Analysis has been trading we have invested heavily in market leading CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools and now operate and are expert in the use of the following software:
NX I-DEAS provides 3D solid modelling CAD, and 2D drafting facilities with a fully integrated and powerful Finite Element Analysis (FEA) capability using NX Nastran as its solver.
Hyperworks is the name given to one of the world's leading suit of engineering analysis tools, including Hypermesh for generating FEA models with Optistruct and Radioss as solvers.
AutoCAD is the industry standard in 2D drafting.
